How to Delete Your Account 🗑️

We are sad to see you go! If you wish to delete your Alaba Market account, you have full control to do so instantly.

1. Important Warning ⚠️

Account deletion is permanent. Once you delete your account:

  • Your Store and Profile will disappear immediately.

  • All Active Products will be removed.

  • Your Reviews and Chat History will be deleted.

  • Wallet Balance: Any remaining funds in your wallet directly associated with promos will be forfeited. Please contact support to withdraw funds before deleting.

2. Steps to Delete (Mobile App) 📱

  1. Open the Alaba Market App.

  2. Go to your Profile (User Icon).

  3. Tap Settings (Gear Icon).

  4. Scroll down to "Account Management".

  5. Tap "Delete Account".

3. Data Privacy 🔒

In compliance with global data privacy laws:

  • We will erase your personal data (Name, Email, Phone) from our active database.

  • Some transaction records may be kept for legal/financial auditing purposes only, as required by law.

Changed your mind? You can simply "Log Out" instead to take a break without losing your store!
