You need a valid Government-Issued ID. Accepted documents include:

  • National Identity Number (NIN) Slip

  • Permanent Voter's Card (PVC)

  • Driver's License

Note: The name on the ID must match your Profile Name.

  1. Go to Settings: Open your Store Dashboard and navigate to "Store Setting -> Verification".

  2. Upload ID: Take a clear, bright photo of your document. Avoid glare!

  3. Submit: Tap "Request Verification".

4. The Review Process ⏳

  • Timeline: Verification is manually reviewed by our security team. It typically takes 24–48 hours.

  • Outcome:
