The Seller Wallet is the financial engine of your Alaba Market store. It puts you in complete control of your advertising and subscription spending.

1. What is the Seller Wallet for? 🏦

Your wallet is primarily used for Internal Payments on the platform. You use your wallet balance to pay for:

  • Store Subscriptions: Monthly plan renewals.

  • Product Boosts: Promoting your items.

  • Homepage Banners: Premium advertising slots.

Note: Having a funded wallet ensures your ads go live instantly without entering card details every time.

2. How to Fund Your Wallet 💳

Topping up is secure and instant.

  1. Go to your Wallet Dashboard.

  2. Tap "Fund Wallet".

  3. Enter the amount (e.g., ₦5,000).

  4. Pay securely via Paystack (Card, Bank Transfer, USSD).

  5. Your balance updates instantly!

3. Auto-Renewal Protection 🔄

Your wallet protects your business from going offline. If your Subscription or Boost Plan expires, the system can automatically renew it using your wallet balance (if you enabled this), so you never lose your spot or active products.

4. Keeping Track (History) 📜

Transparency is key.

  • Transaction History: You can see every kobo spent.

  • References: Every transaction has a unique ID (e.g., BOOST-12345) for easy support tracking.

Tip: Keep at least ₦2,000 in your wallet to cover emergency boosts!
